does any one have a risk assessment forms or samples for pregnant woman and lone working employees?

Before you embark on a huge programme of risk assessments have a look at the following, and remember pregnancy is not an illness work with the pregnant woman rather than making assumptions about her capabilities.
You could get the woman in question a copy of INDG373
