Isn't there a website which details either company enforcement or prohibition notices or is it H&S prosecutions? Thought there was one where you could get info on companies for free?

The HSE site gives prosecutions and Notices both in Case and Breach categories. It is notoriously slow in being updated so don't hold your breath for recent cases!

Another good site is the Centre for Corporate Accountability at http://www.corporateacco...rg/Deaths/MainCounty.htm

This has a lot of historical cases, with details and Company names. George
