Posted By Mick Yeomans Would anybody be kind enough to let me have a copy of a good fire risk assessment. I am presently using the one produced by the Fire Protection Association and BT. Having submitted this to Chas (part of Constructionline) they have rejected it. A blank template would be great.

Posted By Renny Thomson Have you considered the reason it was rejected was the content of the assessment rather than the format or template it was based on? Any assessment is only as good as the person(s) who have completed it and the response of management to the findings.

Posted By Frank Hallett Hi Mick The comments by Ashley & Renny are extremely relevant! Thought for tor those of you who have sent a copy of your FRA format - How do you know that it's relevant to Micks' situation? You may be in totally different industries and work situations. Mick, you should give serious consideration to producing a relevant [to your business and acticities] FRA protocol and ensuring that the information put into it is sound. Oh yeah, what do you do about corporate intellectual knowledge when you send your employers documents to another for their use?? Does your employer know? I bet they have policies about this sort of thing! Frank Hallett
