Posted By Johan Klopper I have been approached by a person, intending to study for his NEBOSH certificate, to allow him to shadow me for a couple of days whilst we undertake risk assessments. I have now been asked for this person to sign a confidential agreement whilst he is with me. I would appreciate it if anyone have a copy of such a document and whether they would like to share this with me. Thank you for your help.

Posted By Robert K Lewis Johan Talk to your legal department as they will have a number of standard precedents for these agreements. They will need to be tailored up for the situation. This is not an uncommon request by employers bringing external students into an organisation. Bob
