I've put together a high level QHSE plan and require detail for local departmental objectives and targets, hence I'm interested in objectives & targets that others have set within their organisations and how they have been measured & reviewed.
If you can provide further comment on how effective the objectives & targets have been that would also prove quite useful.

Hi John MacCatrthy,
I have developed HSE Objectives and Targets for Oil Refinery. First of all we identified the HSE Critical activities. For each HSE Critical Activities we have developed Process Plan and Process Map. This plan includes the performance measuring parameters. We have identified the current level of these parameters and fixed targets for the year to improve these parameters. The objectives have been derived from these HSE Critical activities and targets for the year are decided based on the current baseline.
