Posted By Simon M I had an interesting chat with one of the managers today and they made a very good point regarding the forms we require staff to complete i.e. accident, incident, risk assessment. She said they weren't "sexy", in fact they were boring and this obviously conveys a message that H&S is boring. Has any one got a "sexy" form that I can view with the potential of taking the ideas and modifying my forms? Simon

Posted By Wazza I'm sorry to say, they aren't supposed to be 'sexy'. Is the manager some form of PR guru who wishes to spice up the entire work force with some form of 'new style' risk assessment form? The objective is to improve or at best maintaine safety, not sex it up. The best idea I can think of to sex up safety, is use a condom? Or for training, enhance your PPT presentation by including various objects of desire - Porsche 011 or Subaru Impreza usually works for the blokes!! Good look - perhaps a little Mandelson spin may help you?

Posted By Simon M Thanks Wazza I don't see why we can't make things look like some though has gone into them. Most forms I have seen and used are small print, times new roman font on plan white paper. I'm just windering if anyone had been able to brand their forms. Simon
