I am looking for something along the lines of Parents are responsible for ensuring that children are properly supervised etc. I am probably opening a can of worms here and do not want to imply that we do not take our responsibilities seriously with regard to the health safety and welfare of children, but I want to stress the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that children are kept under proper control. Posted By Ron Hunter Probably stating the bloody obvious, but presumably your own risk assessment has clarified that there are no foreseeable significant risks that your premises (i.e. the waiting area) present to these children? A quiet corner with a "Wendy" House and a few robust toys (Compliant with Toy Safety Regs and regularly examined for damage of course!) can help to keep the little blighters out of mischief, unless of course significant squabbles break out over who is playing with what toy!
