Posted By Steve99Jones Hi My line manager has asked me to develop a policy and procedures for transport safety within our warehouse. I've produced a short policy, but I'm sure it isn't the type of thing he is expecting. Its the first time I've tried anything like this so I was hoping that some kind person may be able to give an example for comparison purposes. Thanks Steve

Posted By Mark Mace Steve, if you are unsure of what is required ask your manager to be more specific, policy documents tend generally to come from the top, and tend to be at most only one page in length, if they require more then they are asking for a manual which should set outspecific responsibilities for all issues and how to deal with them. if you require more info please contact me direct, with your phone number and we can discuss in more detail your requirements. i may also be able to supply you with some draft copies. regards
