workplace assessment for provision of defibrillator

Has anyone come across a risk assessment or flow chart which indicates the relation between number of employees, age of employees etc to risk assess the need for providing a defib?
Before anyone mentions it, I know the figures relating to number of deaths in UK annually and all that and response times of the local ambulance service in relation to the workplace but this is something apparently which exists which demonstrates the relation of all these factors and gives you a finished potential risk level.
Many Thanks in advance for any help or advice offered.

I can't help with the risk asessment but I am aware of many work places that do have defibs available. Certainly the more common ones where the machine decides if the patient is shockable.
I am assuming that you are aware that the machine will only work on certain heart beat rythyms and if the patient doesn't have the right type all you get is a voice saying continue with CPR.
I first came across the Sony plant in Bridgend who had one supplied after an employee died of a heart attack. Perhaps you could try them or maybe even British Airports Authority as most airports have them.
Not a lot of help but hopefully some.
