Hi all,
I am currently carrying out a study into work-related road safety for company car drivers, in order to determine if the 40% reduction in at-work, road related deaths will be achieved by 2010.
I have produced an anonymous survey that will assist in this project and would like to ask users of this forum if they would take part in this survey.
The survey is totally anonymous and all returns will be destroyed once I have reviewed the answers. Also if there is a question that you do not want to answer, then leave it blank.
If you would like a copy of the survey, please e-mail me direct. All help in this area would be greatly appreciated.
