Posted By paul debney The company that i work for has four different locations, each with its own accident book, with regard to the accident book can the rip off sheets be held by myself under lock and key at one central location or do i have to have a secure location at every site?

Posted By Fornhelper Hi Paul, I would suggest that as long as employees can have copies on request within a reasonable timescale one location should be sufficient Regards FH

Posted By Robert K Lewis Paul I totally agree with FH - it is far better that the copies are retrieved to a central point asap if only to make sure they are filed. Just make sure that a contact point is displayed at each location for obtaining copies. Bob
