Posted By Robert Bradford During my NVQ I simply tippexed the identifying details and therefore (hopefully) did not fall foul of the Data protection act. My assessor was happy enough with it.

Posted By Crim Hi C. Can't you just buy yourself a BI510 and tear out a page?

Posted By Frank Hallett Hi Y'awl Coincidentally, since the question was posted, I've been asked what the exact legislative changes in 2003 to the "Accident Book" and the way in which it relates to H&S were. Would any more knowledgable person like to lecture me on this? I believe that I know but I need to confirm whether my belief is correct or not. And I realise that my question is grammatically incorrect thanks. Frank Hallett

Posted By Jay Joshi Frank, There was no new legislation, but the old style accident book did not comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. Details at:- http://www.hse.gov.uk/press/2003/e03064.htm
