Can anyone please advised a suitable and comprehensive database containing occupational safety and health cases. Asides from the HSE prosecution's database. Preferably on-line.
Many thanks

As a start, I have recently come across a database of cases related to work related upper limb disorders (WRULDS).
You can find this on the link below, which is also publicised by the HSE.

Thanks

The best web site I have found so far for case law (currently doing Dip. 4) is www.bailii.org

Agree with some of the comments & Bailii is the best for free, but the best is Westlaw - but it's costly & only really accessible to law firms and Universities

Lawtel is probably the best site I have come across, but it is expensive and probably only viable for law firms, universities, etc.
Because I have access to Lawtel, Butterworths, etc. I produce a 'legal update' for the IOSH Yorkshire branch when anything of interest appears, which members are more than welcome to. If you drop me an email, I will be happy to put you on a BCC email list and forward the updates to you at the same time they go onto the Yorkshire branch website.
Regards.
David
