I require some information regarding hydraulic pressure lines.
At what pressure does it become classed as high pressure?
If anyone can help I would be very greatful

It becomes classed as a "pressure system" when it reaches 0.5 bar above atmospheric pressure.
Check out HSE ACOP L122 "Safety of pressure systems".
Don't know about high pressure though.
Hope that helps.

Sorry David - PSSR do not apply to a system that is purely hydraulic.
Chris, what sort of hydraulic system is it? And why do you need a definition of "high pressure"?
