The reason beinf is os that I can provide emergency back up in case of electric/lighting failure on own sites, and/or poor on site lighting at customers premises/sites and our banksmen still need to reverse/manoeuvre vehicles.

The ones that you are looking for are approximately 6" long - On the end of a four cell maglite these are very effective for marshalling purposes. Beauty of these is that the torch is still a torch - Simply clip off the cover and reclip to replace.
