Posted By Mark Talbot From the Welfare Regs guidance: a) Females 3 water closets for 26-50 people b) Males 3 water closets for 26-50 people minimum for 100 employees = 5 c) can they be used for both if the dooors are lockable from the inside ie if have 100 employees 50 males requiring say 3 toilets and 50 females requiring 3 tioilets can I just have 3 UNISEX toiltes ???? As you will see, the very minimum would be 5 ... and the ROOMS they are in would have to be lockable from inside (so not cubicles in one big room) There are a lot of other details - too many for me to retype here ... but basically they can be shared if they are independent enough to ensure modesty. hope that helps

Posted By Mark Talbot that is an alternative strategy ... 46-60 men = 3 w/c's + 2 urinals. So you'd lose out at 50 men. oh, and "don't mention it".
