We are doing electrical commissioning very shortly. I need to develop electrical permit system. Can anyone send me a copy of any electrical work permit? Is it required to have a clearance certificate attached to electrical permits?

Hi
If you have a look at HSG85, Electricty at Work, safe working practices, there is an examples in the appendices of what you should have within your permit and also the safe waorking practices whilst working on or around electrical systems.
It used to be £7.95 and the ISBN number is 0-7176-2164-2
