I am in posession of 2 poems that have been penned specific for health and safety use (they have been around for sometime)-but I do not know the author(s)I can remember seeing somewhere that they can be freely reproduced providing the author is recognised, can anyone out there provide me with the information?

Regards

Hi Sylvia,

This is on a number of Internet sites without any reference to the author so I wouldn't be too worried about the litigation...

Have spoken to Don Merrell some time ago.
If you wish to contact him you can at: dmerrell@simplot.com
I asked his permission to use his poems in an essay I was writing at the time.
One of the nicest men I have been lucky enough to speak to.
Hope this helps.
