I am currently drawing up Terms of Training for myself as a safety advisor and trainer to companies
It is part of my drive to improve my service and be more professional
I feel in the current climate that it is important to have both PI insurance and Terms of Trading

Would suggest that you speak to IOSH who have a terms and conditions, infromation on what to look for in a consultant document that you might wish to peruse and refer to as a guide in your document.
