Could someone help me out please – I am looking for information/best practice of racking drill pipe and casing; stacking heights, handling etc.

HSE Books have a useful one called 'Safety in the storage and handling of steel and other metal stock' which you may find useful (HSG246) (ISBN 0-7176-1968-9)
