Does anyone know the max storage limit of flammable (32 - 55 degree flashpoint) and highly flammable (less than 32 degree flashpoint) liquids for an outdoor storage area?

Does it depend on the size of the storage area?

I have read HS(G)51 but cannot find any reference to maximum quantities.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From recolection. There are no max storage levels, what you'll need to be aware of is DSEAR for how you store items (away from boundaries, in suitable containers etc.). The other major point in volume, if you exceed 50 tons of highly flammables you'll become a low tier COMAH site.
