Tony, I'm sorry that you feel that the answers haven't helped.

Your request has been answered though you appear not to think so despite your identification of being aware of the Welfare Regs - I presume that you've got all of L24?

Perhaps you would like to consider re-wording it to be a little more specific?

Frank, fair comment on the wording, the answer to your question is yes the regs were my first port of call.
To be more specific i was wondering if we have to install a machine to dispence sanitary wear.

In order to enrage only a proportion of the Forum viewrs - I shall content myself with a simple mention of the applicable sex discrimination law.

It's also a CoSHH problem for the employer unless a system for disposal exists.!

So, a machine? Not necessarily.

A system for safe and sanitary collection and disposal - Yes.
