Clearly the strategy will involve application of the regs and any local policies and procedures that your organisation has already.

So hey, as a learning exercise why not write your presentation as you see it at the moment and email it to me to review.

I will then give you my ideas as what I think should be there and you can determine if you want to incorporate it into your presentation (or not).
