Hi folks

I am looking for a H&S training program for a company. Staff work from the office and home, so the requirement is for a set up that can be accessed by all, preferably via the server. Contents - office H&S, lone working, driving etc. At this moment we would consider one comprehensive program or several elements of different areas of H&S.

Can any point me in the right direction or offer any recommendations please?

Thanks

Linda.

The British Safety Council do a Level 1 Certificate course which is free to members at the moment. You register as a training centre,(previously £250.00) use the presentation and handout materials for training employees.Hold the testing of employees under exam conditions, send the papers away to be marked, and certificates are issued to successful candidates within five working days. The first 100 exams(previously £12.00 each) for each company registered as a training centre are also free, provided they are taken before the end of 2006.
Works out £1450.00 worth of training and testing for the membership fee, which I think starts at about £300.00 depending on the size of the business.

There is a company called Complywise which does an online DSE assessment, DSE training, manual handling and fire risk, if you contact them via thier website they might have what you are looking for.
