Posted By Jonathan Sandler CMIOSH Does anybody have or know where I can get hold of a quick reference guide to the HASAWA 74 and associated Regs, all I need it to say is something like section 2.2 a-c employers duty, Man Regs 3.1 risk assessment, a pocket size version. Yes most of it is stored in brain cell but not all of it.Thanks for your help. Can pay for the booklet. Can either email direct or leave a message. Regards

Posted By S.Alder Hi , The Croner subscription mentioned in the last post is roughly £444+VAT pa. The book - Croner , The Law of Health & Safety at Work 2005/06 (ISBN 1- 85524-689-9) is available on Amazon @ £112. I subscribe to Croner and can recommend this book as an excellent quick reference guide.

Posted By Kieran J Duignan Jonathan It is not clear from your question where you sent a boundary about regulations and laws 'associated' with the Health and Safety at Work, etc. Act 1974. Almost all of the nine forms of discrimination laws, particularly the DDA and prospectively the ADA, and the Working Time Regulations can be associated with the HSWA If you wish to try out a splendid source of information that includes safety 'regs and legs', visit www.emplaw.co.uk; they offer an excellent information service (including database and weekly newsletter) with a month's free trial
