Have you seen the number of advertisements in the latest SHP with the IOSH logo?
I thought you had to have permission to use the logo, as using it signified IOSH was endorsing those specific products/organisations.
Bit miffed as I'd like to use it if the rules have changed - unless of course IOSH is indeed endorsing these organisations in this edition.

Hi Simon
You're absolutely right in saying that we don't allow the IOSH logo to be used to endorse specific products or organisations.
We are, however, happy for the logo to be used where an organisation is one of our 1,000-plus approved health and safety trainers or is working as a partner with us on a particular event or project, although even in these cases there are strict guidelines on how our logo should be reproduced. You'll find our usage rules under the 'Terms of use' here on the website. I'd be happy to send you the full version of our policy on logo usage if you'd like more detailed guidance.
If you've seen an organisation using our logo to imply endorsement of a product, or umbrella endorsement of an organisation, please do let us know so that we can take the appropriate steps.
Hope this helps.
