If you mean a course that will satisfy the auditing requirements of the various Management Standards, i.e. ISO 9001; ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 then there are many course providers. In fact BSI themselves run courses. I think you will find that they are between 2 and 5 days long depending on the level of auditing skills you wish to attain. I don't have a copy of SHP to hand, but I'd be surprised if there weren't courses advertised in it.
