(Electricity Related Risks) What I can add is to ensure that person who undertake such activity is competent, but the competence here may exceed that which may required for how to undertake work in an electrical equipment to cover issues related to PCs (particularly servers) for example the impact of server isolation on the entire network so that there must a reasonable knowledge on the network (that serevd by PC in question) - say how to put the network into an alternative server (or to apply other suitable means), and this is to prevent business interruption resulted from making network out of order due to isolation of server).
