Can anyone tell me how often personnel carrying out work scopes under a ms/rs should read them for refresher purposes. We have employees who do the same job day in day out who feel they do not need to read the ms/rs once a week. Personally I feel they should be reading them on a regular basis as complacence could creep in.
Does anyone have any info on prosecutions etc that I could use to highlight the need to familiarise themselves and to continually refresh there requirements.

Surely the local managers should be actively monitoring the behaviours and pointing out any non-compliances?
