I'm trying to find a training provider in the London area who could provide certificated training for using a circular bench saw.

Training will be to staff who have much practical experience, but nothing documented.

Any ideas?

Al

Is there a specific reason why you want to go down a certification route, as you have identified that your operators are experienced.

Two reasons. Similar, but new equipment is being purchesed, so I need to ensure they are trained - they'll easily pick it up, but each machine is different.

They are newly TUPE'd staff, and while their managers have confimed their experience and 'competence', there's nothing like independent verification to a known standard. I just can't find any company that can/will train in the south.
