Hallo esteemed colleagues.

Any suggestions as to any ERGONOMIST specialising in anthropometric issues who would have experience relevant to assessment of relative risks of working at the face of tunnels of various internal diameters from 1200 to 1500, taking into account work kneeling or bent over?

Sorry, Jonathan but perhaps my question wasn't sufficiently clear.

The concern is about the "miners" actually removing materials at the tunnel face. Traditionally they work 10 to 12 hour shifts - in this case in clearly cramped conditions.

So concerned about Upper Limb Disorders and other strains from working in less than ideal workspace.
