Posted By Steve Conway Many of our management system documents are stored on the Intranet in HTML format. This creates difficulty in sending them to others, particularly third parties. I'm looking at converting them to PDF files, but am unsure what would be a suitable product. I need it to support hyperlinks and links within the document. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Steve

Posted By John Donaldson Why not simply go for Acrobat Writer from Adobe. http://www.adobe.co.uk/ Yes it is expensive but it will enable you to password protect documents preserve URLs etc. If you are running Microsoft Word it will integrate with it and it’s a one step process to then convert directly to PDF format

Posted By Steve Hickey Steve Try cutepdf out, once you install it, it shows itself in you available printers. You just use it as you would any other printer but when you go to print, it will ask you were you want to save it. It then saves it as a pdf file which you can attach to a email if you wish. http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp
