Posted By Helen Edginton Hi Looking for some guidance please. Has anyone come across a simple workplace transport risk assessment in their travels. If so can I be as cheeky as to ask for a copy, or alternaively, links to websites are appreciated. Thanks

Posted By Jonathan Carrick Helen, HSE has a very good web area here: http://www.hse.gov.uk/workplacetransport/index.htm There is a good checklist here: https://www.hse.gov.uk/forms/transport/wtchk1.pdf That should give you a start, even though the latter isn't a risk assessment as such. Jon

Posted By Peter Longworth Sorry to say this but even if ayone could send you their own transport assessment I suspect that it would be completely useless because each workplace would have its own unique set of circumstances, eg blind corners, pedestrian routes, different types of FLT, LGVs, box vans, speed limits etc etc etc. You would probably be better served using the requirements of the workplace regs as a guide to conducting your assessment.
