Hi
I am trying to find any guides relating to company policy /sub policy( for contractors etc).How often do these need to be reviewed? do existing policys require redating if no changes have taken place? Do all policys require the managing director signature?
My present company policy is dated Feb-2000.

In order to ensure meeting with our review of HS management systems and, the improvement therein, we update such documents on a annual basis, or earlier - as circumstances dictate.

We look at ours every year and update whenever necessary. If no changes made, stays the same.
