Some time ago I heard a quote used by auditors and thought it would be most useful. Unfortunately I didn't not the whole thing down or note who it was from. It started something like "I had five friends.........their names were Who, What, Why, When, Where" It's a bit sketchy I know but if anyone can fill in the gaps I'd really appreciate it.

Hi,
I think you may be referring to the Rudyard Kipling verse.
I kept six honest serving men,
They taught me all I knew.
Their names are What and Why and When
And How and Where and Who!
Hope this helps! I have used it over many years, for training workshops.
Regards,
Gary
