Hi all over there,
I would like to know, under which regulations, the compressed gas cylinders (as those used in welding) are covered?

Posted By gham also try the european industrial gas association and the british comressed gas association and www.opsi.gov.uk search for pressure systems and or compressed gases be aware there is a lot of reading to be done here!

Malcom & Gham many thanks for the response,
Really the provided link are so important in this regard & they will provide me with all compressed cylinders' safety issues.
But does this mean there are more than one regulations (in UK) for dealing with this) - when I posted this thread (yesterday) i have wait a response that can aid me in my NEBOSH certificate practical exam incase that i found related hazards which to be consider as a breach - which regulations I have to write.
i have sit the exam today morning & the workplace i inspected contained to gas welding units, but the good news the two units are in good condition.
