Posted By maureen e brown I've been invited (but cannot attend) a talk entitled 'Southampton University NHS Trust HSE Prosecution - new risks for healthcare providers'. Apparently this is landmark prosecution! Does anyone have any details of this - or where I can find it? I have tried the HSE website to no avail. Sentencing is at Winchester Crown Court, April 10th.
