Posted By Richard Hi All, I have got to carry out a safety compliance audit in the kitchen at the site resuarunt. It is an external company that run the kitchen. Has anyone got an audit template that they could provide me or direct me to where i may be able to obtain one for this type of enviorment? Much appreicated.
