Morning

Quick question: how long can scaffold stay erected?

How about 3 years in the same place?

Three years in itself is not a problem, as long as the scaffold has been checked and inspected as per the regulations. But i suspect there would be problems with scaffold boards rotting and twisting etc. clips rusting becoming loose, there are possibly many other items that need covering. For this length of time a more in depth inspection is probably required.
