Posted By Thomas Kennedy I'm looking to improve the comfort of a DSE user that has an upper back injury. They have a new (expensive)chair - now we need a cushion. I'm aware inflatable cushions are available that attach to chairs. Anyone care to recommend a supplier? My thanks to all who reply. Tommy

Posted By Jerry Lucey Hi Tommy, I am sure you have been down the following route but I would usually refer the person with the back injury to the company physician and they would make a recommendiation as to what is required. Providing posture cushions is the last resort and diagnosis and treatment of the back condition should be considered first. I have found managing such devices notouriously difficult in an office environment and once they are provided for one person you will probably have many more requests for posture cushions.
