I agree, it doesn't say its all in the mind. What's worth bearing in mind is that conditions such as arthritis and back-pain, which have identified physiological bases, can also be more-or less troublesome, and thereby more or less responsible for time spent off sick, depending on the stress the employee is under, especially where the stressor is control,
