Posted By fore! Happy days!!! I've just been given (effectively) a blank cheque to go out and source an information subscription! In a previous life I used Croner's HaSaW, but I'm willing to take a look at any alternatives if anyone is willing to share their recommendations with me. I'd prefer a hardcopy over an e-copy or online resource, but otherwise I'm flexible. Cheers

Posted By Rachel G Currently I have access to Barbour and HSE Direct. I have also pre-viewed technical indexes. I know you have said that you would prefer hard copy info but you may benefit from the speed of update on an online version. Personally I think the choice comes pretty much down to personal preference, they all seem to hold the same information just with different search tools, newsletters etc.. If you contact each they normally offer a 'free trial' basis to have a play with: www.ihsti.com (Technical Indexes) http://www.barbour-index.co.uk/content/home/ (Barbour) http://baldwin.butterworths.co.uk/search/index.htm (HSE direct - I think) Rachel

Posted By anon1234 Really depends on what you are looking for - we use Croner-i and it suits our needs in that it provides the H&S legislation and supporting ACoPs, guidance etc
