Thanks, TBC - looks useful especially for the smaller workplace.
There is also find a (much) longer and more detailed document for Scotland http://www.scotland.gov....s/2005/11/23133820/38208
This is a closed consultation document for residential care homes but the others in the series will probably be much the same once they come out.

Got me started again in searches for good material.

Check these two look good for home use (great believer in giving stuff to employees for home use) and adapting for work use.
