Posted By Rochelle Cartmell At long last some common sense prevails! The teacher who made a £1 million claim against her former school for failing to replace a chair which made rude noises has lost the case. I think for too long now courts have been paying out compensation regardless and somewhere sometime this has to stop and hopefully now people might realise that.
