Posted By STEVE All Can anyone give me the correct answer to this Question? On any occassion where an employee is hospitalised then it should be reported, is this correct? Steve

Posted By Richie Higgins Hi The RIDDOR regs state that you need to make a report if there is an accident connected with work and: Death or Major injury Over 3 day injury Employee suffers from a reportable work related disease Dangerous occurrence (Summary in RIDDOR regs) One of the categories for a major injury is: Any other injury requiring admittance to hospital for more than 24 hours!
