Hello
Thank you all who responded to my request regarding safety signs earlier this week, very much appreciated.
Does any know of or have a quality training slide show, or other medium, for Hazard identification?
It would need to be simple and graphic, or be able to be adapted at best to cover such construction hazards, enclosed space work, excavations, hot work, working at hieght, mobile crane operations, mmm I am asking for a lot I know!
Please advise what you can it is appreciated very much
Hope I can recipricate at some time in the future!
Sincerely
Robin

Hi Robin et al,
I am slightly nervous at the response a solution I would like to suggest might get as I must confess a vested interest, being the marketing director for the company providing it.
I would not wish to prejudice further participation in this forum by posting information that might displease it's members or fall foul of the forum guidelines.
On the other hand, I believe this solution is a valid (IOSH certificated) and valuable asset for H&S practitioners, and that I can make useful contributions to this forum from time to time.
Please be assured I would not take agreement for a legitimate posting in response to a specific enquiry as carte blanche permission to bombard the list or it's members with unsolicited marketing or sales punts.
I would, however, like to raise the issues of e-learning/training in the H&S arena and, in particular, it's perceived benefits and/or drawbacks and use of forums to canvas (occasional) opinion in this regard as a seperate thread.
Your thoughts would be gratefully received
Andrew Longhurst
