I have a picture that I will send to anybody, but I would like a risk assessment on it, any takers?
Regards

Andy,
I'll give it a go but don't expect much tonight. The fish, chips and peas are already on the go

My risk assessment result is that there is an immediate danger of serious or mortal injury. Extreme Risk. Work must be stopped at once and not restarted until risk has been reduced to acceptable level. And why has no attempt been made to provide that person with appropriate PPE ?
Sharks are edible (as are people. Just ask the shark) but you have to peel them first which can be tricky as they tend to wriggle a lot.
Then a long, slow marinade and serve with a lot of chips. Just like a hippopotamus.

I'm fine with the multiple amputations, severe lacerations, abrasions (rough skin), biological hazards from unintended discharge of the back passage, exhausion from trying to escape, sore throat and loss of voice fron screaming but I cant find consumption listed in any of my hazard definitions.

Have sent one in return directly to your inboxes. What PPE is required for that one?
