Posted By Sarah Darlington I have been requested by my employer do to a risk assessment for one of our Admin offices for adults with learning disabilities. It's looking at the additional risks posed by behavioural or challenging behaviour aspects in a 'normal' office environment. I have a MHSW general risk assessments in place but this will not cover it. Does anyone have any risk assessment templates they could share or any advice? Thanks in advance for any help. Sarah

Posted By Cathy Ricketts I do a number of risk assessments for dyslexic employees and still use the standard template - however your risk assessment should involve some discussion with the individual or maybe with a support worker if they have one. Learning disabilities covers an enormous range of issues - It is not clear from your posting what role this individual is carrying out - if you want to e.mail me direct I can probably give you a hand with this. Dont forget that if you need to make special arrangements for technology or other adjustments you may be able to access Access to Work funding
