Posted By Cathy Ricketts I do a number of risk assessments for dyslexic employees and still use the standard template - however your risk assessment should involve some discussion with the individual or maybe with a support worker if they have one. Dont forget that if you need to make special arrangements for technology or other adjustments you may be able to access Access to Work funding
