Hi, I am currently addressing issues with regards to my companies international
works.
We are looking at having a legislation register for:-
Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Fiji and Barbados
and comparing the legislative
requirements to u.k. standards.
If anyone has any ideas or has looked into this, I would be greatly appreciative
of any direction given.
Regards
Roy

For PR see the US. They are a territory and follow OSHA (or OSHO as it is sometimes called on the Island) guidelines.
As for Workers Compensation, it's a state monopoly and the fund is strangely enough called 'El Fundo' (English: The Fund).
