Not sure if they run an instructor course but they can probably point you in the right direction. Although they are based in the south they provide nationwide coverage.

Posted By gham try NARC, National Acess and Rescue Center they have a training centre in Kendal (Climbing wall, Telecom Towers, roof tops etc etc all on site) but they will come out to you, very hands on, they don't try and sell your their own product (which are very good) and they will go through just about everything that is availiable on the market, a quick search on yell or MSN will get you their details G'
